How to download dragon software again?

I did a fresh install of windows 10 today on my computer which erased all my old programs. " dragon natural speaking premium" being one of them. I contacted the support from there website to ask where to download another copy was but they said to even submit a question i had to pay for it. Great support right? So anyone have any idea where to download the thing again? I have a key still but no download link.

cant find a trial without having to put your credit card number in again.. Dont want to do that seeing as how hard they screwed me over last time.

Tell them you already bought the product and have them send you a download link. They should still have your info. Ask for a higher tier support personal, those you get first are probably low level and have no idea what your talking about.
