Looks great, I can't see why you would need 32Gb ram though? If it was me (this is purely what I would do) I would get 4x4gb ram (16GB) and use the money saved to get the 5930k for extra PCIE lanes, Mhz etc

is that Fury Crossfire you are building?

Member since 27 minutes ago? Well anyway would recommend going with a cheaper cpu unless you are video editing or rendering to use for the graphics card.

My i5 6500 is bad and can't even maintain 4.5ghz, and 4.4ghz causes it to slowly become unstable over weeks with a vcore of 1.395. FML

Is that for editing or gaming??

Anyways, Im sure you know you could save a lot of money and hardly lose gaming performance.

Apart from that:

SSD is too small for that budged, get a 256gb ssd at least and put every programm on there.

Get an rmi series psu instead of an rm series psu, a world apart in psu quality and sound for 10$ or so.

Any decent 240mm AIO cooler is gonna perform better for cooling , but hey the cooler looks rad.

Put it on PCPartPicker next time. Much easier :)

Do you really need the LED lights/optical drive? Might put a bit a money off.

Id do this but get 2x8gb, leaves room for upgrading to 32gb if you REALLY need it
