New Build. Any suggestions?

adamsjus1

Even though I can put together a computer for my self I like to post when i do so on this forum to see what you people think.

So I have a friend. She is my best friends girlfriend and she made a compromise with her parents about getting her own computer. So now she has $2350 to build a computer with.

We live like a mile from a micro-center and we are fine with ordering things online.

Even though at this level of PC it won't matter but she plays a lot of mine craft. But she wants to be able to play GTA 5 and a bunch of other games but I think GTA 5 will be the most demanding.

So that price is without a monitor. She already has a monitor (the $250 144hz 1080p 1ms one)

What would you do? maybe some liquid cooling? maybe fancy custom cables? or all towards base components? (and she will do light video editing. things that she has been doing on an imac so nothing major)

Edit- already has keyboard and what nots.
