Changing file type (flv)

Im trying to convert a .flv file so I can use it in Sony Vegas Pro. Does anyone have an idea of how to do this? Thanks.

Try Format Factory. I no longer use it since I now do double check what format I render videos but that should do the trick.

Avidemux. You can remux to MP4 without re-encoding.
