Is Windows 10 stable/bug-free enough to run a Plex server?

Gerr
I have a beefy multi-purpose PC at home running Win7-Ultimate 64-bit and is running fine. However, I was wondering if it might run "better" on Win10?

PC functions:

#1 = Plex media server (streams my media collection to other devices on my network)

#2 = Family PC (general purpose use, mainly Internet, Netflix, YouTube, Plex videos)

#3 = Blu-Ray/DVD ripper/trans-coder (this is how I add to my Plex library)

#4 = Gaming PC (not used often as I have a dedicated gaming rig already)

This is an always on 24/7 PC that is always running the Plex media server and Acronis(for backups) and then whatever programs the user is running.

Will upgrading to Win10 give me any benefits and is it stable/bug-free enough to do so?

Hell no, not at this point at least.

Have you encountered problems with Windows 10?

I have it on my PC and I had daily crashes. It seems tk have been bad ram though. I still get crashes but they are getting less and less frequent. Probably the OS fixing corrupted files. its been running for 3 days without any issues now. Soundcard still doesnt work though

I have been running Win10 on my gaming rig since Q4-2014 and it's been rock solid stable.  But I do agree with others that maybe waiting until the first major update, like a service pack, might be the best route.
