bass face any good?

so i was looking on ebay for some cheap ceiling speakers and came across a brand called bass face. i was wondering if anyone has any experience with them. these are the speakers i was looking at to go into my bathroom http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bass-Face-4-10cm-Waterproof-Ceiling-In-Wall-Marine-Boat-Outdoor-Speakers-Pair-/351458977289?hash=item51d4966609 . i was wondering if they would be any good or not. or can anyone else recommend some decent waterproof ceiling speakers under £40 and an amp for under £40 aswell so in total i have £80 to spend thanks.

Bass face are garbage.
