BMW 325is

Guest Philosophy

So, guys! I am getting a new car Thursday (If everything goes to plan). It is a 1995 BMW 325is, With a lot of upgraded parts from the M3. Performance package and technology package. It needs the control arm bushings replaced the guy selling it has then and will give them to me with the car :) I am excited, what do you guys think?

I will for sure make sure of all of this. I have never had a daily driver post 1995. I know the common occurrences. It only has 119,000 miles.

Test drive it to find out. :P Wouldn't doubt it's double the gas mileage than the gut sucking 5.0 was.

For sure, double would be 18 freeway. I imagine any V6 is better than that. xD It has same amount horsepower also, which is sad.

Plus lower miles by a few thousand.

Nope it's an auto. I honestly wish it was manual but for me it is not a huge issue. I have done a auto to manual transition before. If it becomes a big deal I might do that.

and are more efficient if you drive them right. And for me it's a lot more personal, I feel more like I'm driving the car.

Good luck with it.I had a 95 325i.cars are demons with faults.

Care to name a few? I can't find people with problems on forums. And car-complaints websites seems to think highly of them.

Nice...a little to round for me. I like the older 3 series models (e21/e30).

That's an e36 right?

I'm kinda weirded out by direct trades and trades in general. Make sure you don't get a dud :P
