"White Dragon"- Case Designing

I was wondering how I would go about taking my pc case to someone to get a design on it, since well, I'm 99.9% sure there isn't any "Pc Designing" shops near me. (I will not be doing this my self, I am HORRIBLE at drawing.) What stores would I be looking at taking my case to?

Theme:White/Black/Red. You can kind of tell, the monitor and keyboard matching...

If you want a vinyl design or decal try looking on Etsy or places that sells customs vinyls. 

 

Also @MeDownYou makes custom vinyl stickers/decals.
