TV's that "standby" with the screen off

Hey all,

 

Is it just me or do all TV's not turn the screen off when in standby mode? We have 3 TV's in our house, a Sony Bravia, an LG and a Phillips (all from about 3-5 ago) and non of them will turn the screen off when in stand by. For example, I have my pc hooked up via HDMI to the LG and when I put my pc to sleep, my monitor's display will turn off even though the monitor is still on. The TV on the other hand will start flashing a screen that says "no input" or something along those lines. Does anyone own a TV that will actually turn the screen off as well when there are no inputs?

well my TV will shut itself down after 4h, or atleast ask you to, maybe enable eco mode ?

My TV goes off after 20min of no signal & 4h of signal inactivity (nothing moves on-screen)

WiFi - 7ms, 22Mb down, 10Mb up

To clarify, instant screen off on signal loss, just like a monitor
