unable to find hard disk

How big is the disk? Scroll down in the bottom section of the Computer Management window, is it listed?

i am trying to add a new hard drive and ssd to my system (which currently has a hard drive and ssd) but i am not able to find the drives in computer management>disk management. i am logged in as admin and the disk is being recognized(the disks shows up in my computer>properties>device manager) but i am not able to format it and use it. please help me, thanks in advance.

Does it show up in the BIOS?

Oh wait, just re-read what you said.

 

Did it ask to initialize the disk when you went into disk management?

What happens if you right click on the disk? Post a screenshot

well this is embarassing, but i didnt notice i could scroll down. i formatted them and got them both working. thanks a lot for your help!! :D
