Maybe you could pick based on what UEFI you like. 

It seems like you're also picking between different chips. Diffrent chips are different.

Asus and Gigabyte have the best reputation for using quality parts. Asrock has been known to have a thin PCB and use cheap Mosfets. MSi boards are pretty good, but the VRM design had been problematic in some cases. Personally i would go with Asus for their awesome software Suite and uber-high quality parts and good customer support.

I found some z97 boards for similar prices on that site. You might want to check them out if you're going to overclock your cpu.
