Is this a fair trade?

I built this PC to sell.  As I do with every build I do and I try to aim between 125-250 profit depending on costs and such.  Below are the specs:

 

Intel Core I5-4690K 4.2GHz [Overclocked] 
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Cooler
2x8GB DDR3 Memory
ASrock Z97 Pro 4 Motherboard
Zotac GTX 960 4GB GDDR5
Muskin 240GB SSD 
1TB Seagate 7200RPM Storage Drive
Cooler Master Scout 2 Case
Lite-On Blu-ray Burner
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit (with COA)

 

I paid just over  900 for everything and he offered 900 cash + his HP Envy with an FX-6120, a bad board, 12GB of ram a damaged case (he put a hole in it), 1TB HDD and a Windows 8 COA.  Some random 7450 GPU as well.  My dad thinks I should have asked for $1000+trade my original price was $1200.  I think it's a solid deal.

$1000 seems legit. I would send the deal. If he declines meet him in the middle with $950. Simple negotiation. I guess I have been watching too much Pawn Stars..

The only valuable thing I see is the; hard drive, ram, windows. everything else is meh. I would try to get 1000$ but you can still make a profit if you go 900$

Well, I don't built/sell to lose money.  So the hope is, that this is profitable for me too.
