Triple Display Help Please

Hey guys, I'm looking to mount my three 24 inch monitors on my wall rather than a stand. I haven't seen anything that appears to be able to accomplish this. Any tips or ideas would be appreciated. Also if my graphics card has three display ports, should I be able to connect each monitor to my card individually?

Three wall VESA mounts? Also, all monitors should be connected to the primary (top) card.

I'm really looking for a surround set up. Any suggestions for mounts?
