Your pic lol.

What do you mean? I dont play racing games because they are pointless with a keyboard. I am going to play on pc so really I will just gather all racing games. Asseto Corsa, Project Cars, Dirt, Some NFS. And some old one like pro street.

It's honestly not very good... At all...

Spend a little more and get a G27 instead.

150 Euros + is not a little more. Meh the DFGT has a very good reputation. I dont need any advanced stuff. Maybe you dislike the DFGT because of the pedals.

I disagree, the dfgt has served me well for several years. I got it for Gran Turismo but now use it for assetto corsa and project cars. The main difference between the dfgt and the g27 is that the dfgt doesn't have a clutch pedal or an h pattern gearshifter. Its sequential gearstick or paddles. It is a butt load cheaper though.

I definitely dislike the pedals. It may very well be good enough as a controller and you might be able to do well with it, but a big part of the experience (at least for me) is the feel as well, and the entire thing is way off when it comes to that.

get it. stay away from arcade racers from now on though. very few go to sim racing and come back from it, remember that if you take the step into games liek dirt rally or assetto corsa or at a push project cars then there is little chance that you will come back.

Its just like some people can play 30fps while others hate it. I dont say I like 30fps but I wont cry about plastic pedals. Good enough for me.

I really would like to buy this wheel but I dont know if it will last some years.

What do you mean come back? Come back where? Why cant you play any racing game you want? Arcades are still fun.

So should I buy it? Do you have an opinion on used wheels?

The dfgt is good for what it is, a starting wheel. While the G27 will allow for a much more enjoyable experience, if your new and aren't 100% that you are going to make good use of the G27, and/or aren't comfortable sinking in that much money yet, then the dfgt is the good buy.

As for the arcade racer thing, he was referring to once you start racing sim, it will be hard to play a racing game that is anything less.
