Do entry level editing programs benefit from x99 platform and multi gpus

Programs like adobe premiere elements and sony studio suite, do they utilize the 6 to 8 cores on x99, and do they support cuda/open cl in sli/crossfire.

I would hardly call the entry level :P.

 

But yes programs like that will have full support for all those things.

For non-gaming professional programs they generally don't have to be in sli or cfx.
