The GTX 970s are better positioned to drive 1440P than they are 4K, so I'd get the Swift. Also consider the XB280HA since it's IPS.

I'd go with the Asus. Better stand, likely better support, and 4k is still a little out there.

I would say the Asus because it would be easier to run than the XB280HK. That being said you could still run a 4K monitor fairly well with your setup.
