I already have some stuff picked out but give me the best build you can dis regarding storage and memory using the 4790 and a 970 that is around $900 also no os and am in us

RED AND BLACK THEME HOPEFULLY SMALLER THAN A MID TOWER LIKE IN A BITPHENIX PROGIDY SIZE thank you...
