New Motherboard or windows problem

Hey so i got a new motherboard recently and im trying to work it all out, its my first uefi board so theres alot new to me, ive installed windows 8.1 on the board but now just after the post screen it bluescreens then restarts. ive made sure the boot order is right and cause this is a fresh install i cant imagine its any drivers or anything like that, ive tried disconnecting all other drives and usb devices that arent in use but im still getting this problem.

Next item I'd try is memtest86 for a few passes to test your RAM.
