Overclocking R9 280 Sapphire

I need help overclocking my R9 280 Dual X OC Edition. 

Using msi afterburner i want to get the most out of my card whilst keeping it safe from blowing up  :D

 

Also i have an Intel core i5-3570K clocked at 3.40GHz with a hyper evo twelve cooler on it. Any thoughts on overclocking that ? if so how would I go about that and again what would be safe for the cpu while still increasing the performance.
