Corsair RMA process

So I recently sent a Corsair H80 unit which had some grinding noise in the pump for RMA. I can say that it was one of the easiest and smoothest RMA processes I've experienced.

The rep from the online chat was extremely helpful and issued an RMA right away and was even kind enough to give me free shipping back to the RMA centre. After a week, the package arrived at the RMA centre, and about a day later, a new unit had already shipped out. 6 days later, which happens to be today, a package arrived at my door with a brand new H80i unit. With a total turnover time of 15 days and only 1 day at the RMA centre, I was very impressed.

The only other RMA experience I can say was as good as this one was from Fractal Design. Kudos Corsair. :)

Good to know... especially as an owner of a Corsair product. My GF's CM Hyper 212 Evo has a snapped mounting bolt and we submitted a Parts request 2 weeks ago... They approved the request immediately, but 2 weeks later it still has not been shipped to us. On the verge of grabbing a h80i or another h100i for her Pentium-K. But I feel the CM Hyper 212 Evo is plenty of cooling for a dual core.

That's funny you mention that. I'm actually using the old trusty Hyper 212 Plus in the H80's absence. Excellent cooler, even with only one fan.

I agree, it is a great cooler... sadly she over-tightened when installing the bolts and sheared one off.

I had to wait a couple weeks for them to have another H100i in stock for them to send me. But other than that it was a really easy process.
