Will my processor bottleneck my gpu?

Not really. Although you might get a few (i'm talking about 5 or so) more frames with the top of the lines gaming cpu's, those two actually make a really nice pair. I'm currently running the core2quad 2.66ghz cpu and while it does lag a bit in for some of the cpu intensive gaming, the 750ti isn't doing much better once the cpu starts having problems. But considering everything, that's actually quite a nice budget build. If you're running 1080, the 6970 is right around a 750ti but at $45 less, and if you're running at lower resolutions (ideally 720) then even the 650ti (currently $70) will do fine aswell.
