Cannot Find XMP in BIOS

Hey there techies!

I am going to be overclocking my Intel Core i5 4690K.

One problem,  I cannot the XMP profile on my RAM. Only options are Auto and Manual.

MOBO: Asus Z97M-Plus

RAM: Samsung M378B5173QH0-CK0

If it doesn't support XMP, does Auto do fine, or will I have to do it manually?

And if I do have to do it manually, can you help me?

Thanks!

My Current Build:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4690K @ 4.5 GHz MOBO: ASUS Z97M mATX RAM: Samsung 8GB (2 x 4 GB) @ 1600 MHz Storage #1: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB HDD Storage #2: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120 GB SSD GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X WINDFORCE Case: Cooler Master N200 PSU: EVGA 80+ Bronze 600B 600W Monitor: AOC 2367 23" IPS Display

Nope, doesn't have XMP.

Set it to 1600mhz and leave it alone, and you should be good to go.

Isn't it already set on 1600MHz?

If it is leave it at that, some motherboard bios's set it to 1333 automatically. If it is on 1600 leave it.
