I wouldn't recommend either.

It would help to mention what case you're using as that's one of the deciding factor of how air circulates through the system and what the fans are being used for.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

If you can afford them, get a be quiet! Fan, either pure wings or silent wings if you need silence in a case fan. Out of the two you picked out however, the Bitfenix is the best, but still not very good.

None of them. I recommend Rosewill Hyperboreas are a rebranded Akasa Apache, and, in my opinion, is jack of all trades fan. They're cheap(As in price), quiet, and preform good. I use one as a exhaust, and one as a heatsink fan. Quiet and have been serving me well so far.

They come in 120mm and 140mm variants, and are PWM also. :)
