What is best to use for cable management in your PC?

For the best cable management you are going to need a combination of all three. The way that I manage cables is mostly with zip ties around the back side, however velcro is useful when managing the power cables for the GPU and any other parts that you might be changing. Twist ties are only really useful when you cant get a hold of velcro or if the straps will not fit somewhere.

Velcro straps - you can get a lot of wires together, most tend to be clean looking, easy to take on/off and use again, if you treat them nice they will last a long time before they start to fray.

Close second for me would be Zip ties - very cheap for a lot of different sizes, hard to damage, can easily "tie" to small openings and such to hold the wires in place.

Zip & Velcro, won't use twist, exposed cores could cause short potentially
