If I were to want to remove fingerprints from heat pipes what would I use?
(note: not actually doing this just wondering)

They're almost always made of copper so they will tarnish into a dark brown color which is fine, just make sure the contact onto the CPU is nice and clean, and as said isopropyl alcohol will remove most of the contaminates.

good question. I've found the fingerprints on heatpipes to be pretty bad.

Yeah Since im wondering since beauty is somthing that drive my ocd crazy. If something is dirty my insides I go mental.
