[CES 2015] Deepcool's latest case featured in Cyberpower Fang Trinity Gaming PC

ChrisxIxCross

At this years CES Cyberpower is bringing a very unique and interesting PC design dubbed the Fang Trinity. It has been developed and designed in collaboration with DeepCool and kind of reminds of Razer's Project Christine which had a similiar idea with individually compartmentalizing components of the pc. Here we have 3 compartments, 1 for the GPU, 1 for the power supply and storage, and one for the motherboard and cpu cooling.

The unit that was showcased features liquid cooled 4790k, a Gigabyte Z97 mini itx motherboard, 5 SSDs, one 3.5in drive, a Blu Ray drive, a full size ATX power supply and a full size EVGA ACX GTX 980.Currently the estimated availability is sometime in March and pricing is undisclosed. Overall I think it looks pretty awesome and I applaud  Deepcool for taking the risks with designing and developing a case like this. Variety is always a good thing especially with computer cases. What do you guys think?

Interesting design.  I am all in favor of compartmentalized and modular computers.

what size motherboard, how does the motherboard even fit in it?? I want to see the motherboard in it lol

edit: also is that a noctua fan in the last pic, behind the GPU?? odd that cyberpower would use that

The case is Deepcool's latest one btw. That's what the credit should go to. As far as I know, the case itself will be made available separately soon too.

Oh wow that's awesome curious as to how much its going cost, definitely won't be cheap.

If they companies designed a custom motherboard you could do lots of things like this. Custom motherboards that bend and contort into different directions perhaps. Is that even possible for a PCB.

If it's not for sale separately, it's not a case. It's a prebuilt.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

Cyberpower?

Isn't that the same thing as ibuypower?

The one that had a 40% fail rate when supplying machines for a CSGO event?

It will be, but for about 300$.

How is that practical..

I don't think it'll be that much harder to build a system with it compare to other mini itx case with almost similiar volume like the silverstone raven Z rvz01 or Asrock M8. I quite like the unique design of it. Not another typical bland box shaped pc case.
