Corsair H100i vs Cooler Master Nepton 280L

Ok, so when I was picking a cooler for my CPU, I opted for the 280L, but when I looked online, Newegg was sold out, as was Fry's Electronics. So instead I got the H100i. I'm wondering if this was a good decision, or if I should have tried some other system. The only reason I'm worried is because I've heard of pump failures and leaks from the H100i.

I didn't have any issues with mounting, I was just worried about leaks and pump failures.

Put your PC under load, like a game or a stress test and make sure temperatures are in line.  Sometimes the idle temperatures are fine, but load temps are out of control because of the mounting problem.  Its a good cooler when it is working, but there have been a lot of examples of it not working for people because of mounting problem, noisy/failed pump, and buggy software.

Corsair H100i < Nepton 280L

27mm vs 30mm radiator thickness, Dual 120mm vs Dual 140mm surface area

Yeah, we're all just a bunch of idiots experiencing nothing more than the placebo effect.
