Which fans do i buy for my rad? I want silence

Frankz

Tomorrow I'll be doing a big upgrade, i'll be buying an x99 system, 5820k, asus rampage v extreme.

I currently have a H105 cooler with aerocool dead silence fans on them. These fans will be moving to another system & won't "fit" in the x99 system because they're blue & i'm going for a red/black theme.

So now I'm looking for new fans

Some requirements:

Must match a mainly black/red system

Must be silent at 7v, I don't want to hear any motor noise at this voltage setting.

Performance? i'm prepared to sacrifice a few degrees for a more silent system

PWM? My mobo comes with Fan Xpert, I think it can control fan speeds by itself(not sure though). So not necessary.

I'm not able to buy the Gentle Typhoons nor any Noiseblocker at that store. & NO corsair fans, had bad past experiences with them(motor noise, jet engine at full speed), never again.

At the moment I'm happy about my Aerocool Dead Silence fans, you don't hear the motor at 12v, and the "air sound" they produce at full speed is really pleasent and relaxing but when I run them at 7v with an adapter I hear a very low buzzy noise which is unfortunate or else i'd just have bought the red versions of these.

So I'm hoping to get some nice suggestions from you guys. I've read the 103 fan review but they didn't measure the fan noise when putting them against a rad :/.

Thanks in advance
