Need a cheap, quiet, low-profile AM3+ cooler

I'm planning on moving my old PC into a small case and using it as a HTPC, but I remember the stock cooling being obnoxiously loud and want to get something a bit quieter. I'm also on a pretty tight budget though, I can't spend more than $50 on it. I don't really care about temperatures as long as it's not actually worse than the stock cooling, all that matters to me is it being quiet. The case I plan on using is a Silverstone ML03B, so the cooler has to be less than 4 inches tall.
