Surface Pro 2 i5/8GB/256GB experience?

Anyone bought Surface Pro 2 i5/8GB/256GB and what are your takes on it?

I have already order mine on Amazon for $899 which is a steal even though I do want Surface Pro 3, but I might give up its extra features for last gen plus its 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD.

 

What do you guys mostly use it for?

 

Anyone uses it for school? 

If so, do mind giving me an example how you guys take notes with the Wacom stylus? :P

As I have had some experience with windows tablets (I have a dell venue 8 pro), they are not all that great for what I do, and I would take a laptop over a tablet any day. (Touch keyboards are an absolute bitch)
