Will the Asus Strix GTX970 fit in a Corsair 350D?

As the title says.

I have a Corsair 350D currently with 2 AMD HD6970's and i about to buy 1 Asus Strix GTX 970. Does this card fit in the Corsair 350D in terms of height because the SLI bridges look higher than the IO bracket.

Also the plan is to get another Asus Strix GTX 970 and have them in crossfire later on, i imaging if 1 fits then 2 will can someone confirm this.

i looked up the specs and the maximum lenght a graphics card can be in a Corsair 350D seems to be 380mm. the 970 Strix is 280mm long so it won't be a problem

Sorry I read it wrong  , the height of the 970 Strix 970 40mm, and i don't know what the 6970's height is but you can easely measure it and compare it to the strix.
