Bootcamp : Yosemite - windows load problem

i tried to install windows using bootcamp. i got through the initial steps of downloading drivers and creating a partition for windows. however, i get to the language load screen, and the keyboard and trackpad are non responsive. i tried googling, and apparently it is due to driver issues (usb 3 drive issues?) some solutions say to restart everything and re do the bootcamp partition. i tried, with no success (same problem). please help

Well, I have installed Windows via Bootcamp before on my MacBook Air (2012 model), but that was under OS X Mountain Lion. I haven't tried doing it under OS X Yosemite yet. But if there are issues you probably should report them to Apple.
