Steam HELP?

I just recently got Spin Tires a game about mudding and stuff like that.... I would like to mod it, and this is where it gets trickey..... 

 

I have no steam folder...

 

I have done almost everything you can imagine

 

I have gone under Programs (x68) , But still i do not have a steam folder....

 

So what do i do?  I am so lost and any help would be apretiated.

Did you install to a different folder? I install my Steam to a Games folder on my D:\ drive.

If you have steam installed, you bought the game on steam, and it's installed, you have to have at least one steam folder.

try a search for it under the start menu/ whatever Windows 8 has?

@wjm22400 If you do in fact have Steam installed, as well as the game then do this. Right click on the game, go to "Properties", go to the "Local Files" tab, and click "Browse Local Files" And you're in the games files
