I really like the Fractal Core 3500w. It has 3x 140mm fans, dust filters everywhere (so long as your rear and top fans are exhaust), creat cable management, looks, everything, and it's only $60. The only downside is that it's fan controller is on a green PCB and it's cables aren't sleeved at the ends, and for some stupid reason this ugly mess is near the rear I/O in plain view through the window. Get past that and it's an amazing case with everything you could want including a fan controller (albeit an ugly one).

The Enthoo Pro has a 200mm fan in the front that gives you huge intake capabilities with minimal noise. As soon as I get a few of my other side projects done, that case is gonna be on my door stop

Check out corsair as well, they have a lot of case options in mid tower range that would work depending on what you like.

Depending on what type of cases you like, one of these two would be my recommendation;

Phanteks Enthoo Pro Chassis Black

Fractal Design Define R4 Black Pearl
