Casey Hudson tweets photo of Oculus Rift saying "It begins".

If this has to do with an upcoming project, I am excited. Casey Hudson has produced some of the greatest games I have played. He has recently left Bioware where I think he was unfairly criticized for ME3. That was supposed to be a 3 year game and he was given two years to complete it. In addition the lead writer on Mass Effect 1 and 2 was not the lead writer on 3. Drew Karpyshyn who had also wrote Knights of the Old Republic (Casey was core game designer on KOTOR) had left the company before ME 3.

I highly doubt this is just Casey buying an Rift or getting a hold of it for the first time.

After reading the Wikipedia article (yeah I know I didn't read the OP) for Casy Hudson I'm so excited! Please may this be a teaser for KotOR 3. The KotOR series in a way pulled me into tech and modding when I played them sometime during 2010-2011 so they are special to me from that sense but also because their story lines were absolutely awesome!

I know that KotOR2 wasn't made by Bioware but it's still part of the series that Bioware started and while it was mechanically superior there weren't really any moments where the story made me question what's going on. KotOR 1 certainly had me surprised the first time I played it although it would have been nice if they made it possible to discover the truth before it is spoon fed to you. After multiple replays (one of which I did over the summer) I saw the amount of foreshadowing that was there which the player would simply chose to ignore thinking they are significantly unimportant on their first play through.

*Possible spoiler for a 11 year old game*

Hopefully KotOR3 will have that kind of story line where you are thrust into the shoes of a hero and villain without knowing it. Although, like I said, it would be nice if we could discover the truth beforehand if we actually put a decent amount of effort into it.

If they confirm KOTOR 3, sorry but to hell with all these new games coming out. I'll wait for KOTOR.
