Hackintosh build for $500

This is going to be very difficult for those who use PCPartPicker links because many of the parts suggested would be custom to Apple. I would like to build an OS X Yosemite system that I can upgrade. I won't be using this system for much other than gaming and to experience a new operating system (for gaming I can always dual-boot with Windows).

Oh by the way I love the Mac Pro case.

Spoiler

i5 4670k, GTX 970, 12GB 1600, 120GB SSD, 240GB SDD, 1TB HDD, CM Storm Quickfire TK, G502, VG248QE, ATH M40x, Fractal R4

Spoiler

i5 4278U, Intel Iris Graphics, 8GB 1600, 128GB SSD, 2560x1600 IPS display, Mid-2014 Model

Spoiler

All the parts are here, just need to get customized cords to connect the motherboard to the front panel.

Mostly because I have a knack for spending money, and the fact that this Hackintosh would stay at a vacation home or be sold at a higher price.
