Help! Newbie looking for advice on my first rig!

As you read in the title I am new to this "build your own pc". So I was looking for parts and I think I have a good rig! Although I am not sure about compatibility and efficiency. Suggestions are really helpful! This is suppose to be a gaming computer with high fps! Budget would be preferred in the $500-$600 range. Current price of all parts on amazon (rounded and without tax/shipping) is about $447.

You can buy Windows 8.1 keys off of G2A for like 30$. Just extract the (summarizing a lot here) iso on a USB and use that instead of a disk

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

What is an R9 270?

It's a Graphics Card.

Do you need an OS? If not I'd go with jerakl's build.
