Is the Dark Rock pro 3 worth the 15€ more ?

It's for my future build with i5 4690k, can I overclock it to 4Ghz or something like that with one of this coolers ?

If you only want a overclock that small either one will be more than capable. You could just save some money and get a 212 EVO because that will still be fine with a 4ghz OC.

If you can fit the Pro (It's wide enough to block some top PCI-E slots), and can get past the extra cost, it'll be better. It's pretty close performance wise to a Noctua NH-D14, one of the top air cooler available right now.

 

If you can't fit it, then the DR3 will do quite well.
