optical audio and hdmi splitter/switcher

MammothJerk

okay so the situation is as follows:

i have 4 consoles and 1 computer connected to my TV which totals 5 HDMI ports, now the TV I'm using only has 4 HDMI ports so i have to leave one console always unplugged at the moment.

I've seen som HDMI switchers that could let me hook up a bunch of HDMI devices to 1 single TV HDMI port and just switch on the box or with a remote to the device I'm using at that time.

Any recommendations at this front?

My 2nd problem is that i have a pair of Astro A50's that i want to hook up to both my xbone and my ps4 so i would need an optical audio switcher so that i don't have to unplug one or the other.

I've seen that there are some switchers/splitters who only go one way or the other but im in the need of one that completely shuts out either the ps4 or the xbone so that i don't get any interference.

thanks for any help i can get =)

I'm not 100% this is home cinema problems but this seemed like the most competent forum to post this question in.

i live in sweden so some shipping options arent availible to me :(

You could look at the viewhd toslink switcher for the optical switcher, and for hdmi switchers, I used to have a rocketfish selector, and it never gave me any issues.

Do you perhaps have an audio out on the tv so you could carry the audio over HDMI and then have 1 cable from the TV?
