Frys is okay but not okay for customer support, if you know what your buying there then it's great, not so great if you try to get help there. 

Edit: Newegg and Amazon are also great places.

NCIX? not sure if the CAD or US one ships international, but I know one of them do

Yeah I've heard about them and Microcenter, unfortunately there are no PC retail shops anywhere around where I live, maybe Seattle, but that's about 80 miles away.

There's no Microcenter in seattle or in WA, closest is in CA, although you could match Microcenter prices at Frys.
