How to divide wifi speed equally?

Hi guys i would like to ask you for your help. 

 

I am sick and tired of low speeds since my brother uses torrent nonstop seeding/downloading all day is stressing the line so much currently running 50mb/s optic but his computer is full of torrent and i cant fet decent speeds.

 

Is there a way for me to somehow divide the bandwith so i can use normaly my PC thank you for your answer i currently use: http://www.amazon.com/Tenda-W316R-150Mbps-Wireless-Router/dp/B006KAP4OQ

Is there some tutorial on how to divide bandwith pleae help me also thank you for your time/help every comment is greatly appreciated.

I find the easiest-to-use QoS configuration in Tomato firmware:

http://www.polarcloud.com/tomato

You can specify the max bandwidth of a protocol (i.e. bittorrent) or a source mac/ip

Of course you have to buy one of their supported routers.
