Watching web TVs on my TV

I have a regular dumb TV, not smart or anything, I'd like to watch some web TVs on it, what's the cheapest and best method to go? My computer is too far to connect it to it...

OS: Windows 10 - Kubuntu 15.10 - Mac OSX El Capitan  CPU: i7 4790 @ 4.00GHz  MOBO: AsRock H97M Pro4  RAM: 4x 8GB Kingston HyperX @ 1866MHz  GPU: VTX3D R9-280 X-Edition  CASE: iTek Spacebox w/ Arctic Fans  PSU: Corsair X750M  SSD: 250GB Samsung 840 Evo  HDD: 3TB Western Digital WD30EZRX  DISPLAY: 3x Acer P193W  MOUSE: 5$ Chinese  TOUCHPAD: Logitech T650 Touchpad  KEYBOARD: Perixx Px-5200 w/Mx-Blues

i guess you can buy a tvtuner and hook it up to a pc...

Or an ezCast? or an Android box?

Not trolling mate but i really don't know

i guess Android box seems to be pretty solid and have all the options you need

Will the streaming be totally smooth? Also I think maybe Android could be a bit of a problem for Wer TVs because of Flash or the different methods they are working

Netflix and Hulu Plus and Plex each have their own app so I think it would work fine. I don't think there would be an issue. Confirm with someone else though

I'll watch them into a browser, there's no other way I think, so I need a device with a browser (I have an xbox360 but it doesn't support the players of these TVs). Could the Raspberry pi do it?

My sister has a appletv she likes it alot if i not mistaken has most of those apps
