What´s happening with my pc?

I have windows 8.1 instaled in my pc. It was fine for a good time, but for no aparent reason, it started to give me some problems. When I change the size of files in folders, like changing from just the title to the miniature of a picture or anything else, when I close the folder and open it again it always changes to just the title and details. Some of the apps tha came with windows 8.1 like sports feed or news feed are useless now, i open them and they go straight to the bottom bar and I'm not able to maximize them. Other problem is with BitTorrent, I keep making it the default program to open torrent files but it´s no use, I have to download the torrent and then add it manually. It could sound ridiculous, but it seems that my computer has no capability to memorize what is being done... What can I do? Does anyone had the same problem? Sorry for the bad english, I might have not expressed the problem has I should.

Other problem that I forgot is that my pc sometimes turn on by himself when it´s on sleep. The only device that can turn it on while sleep is the keyboard.

to be sure it's not malware please run malwarebytes and see what it returns and SFC Scannow (run the sfc /verifyonly to see what is broken)

I have encountered some sort of problem in C:\Windows\system\Speech... I don´t know what the problem is, I don´t know if this directory can influence all my pc. Scaned with malewarebytes, it found some stuff but nothing serious... The problem remains.

well in this case run the sfc /scannow that will also fix the problem...the directory doesn't sound like a prob though

Malewarebytes showed 2 rogues and some other stuff, it removed everything. I runed sfc /scannow, it had one problem that couldn´t be fixed. It continues the same. I start to think this only can be fixed by re-instaling windows.

I´d never tried it, i´ll try later and post the results here.
