So I got the HTC One M8...

JoshK

I had a similar experience, but going from a 4S to a Moto G (I'm now back on another 4S)

I have to agree with all your points and say that if it's really bugging you, don't keep it and regret it!

...The default android keyboard has emoticons too.

I know, but the HTC one is pretty bad IMO. (I suggested SwiftKey as it worked for me. It may not work for OP, but he can at least try.)

It would be unfair to agree with half of his points if it's a device as cheap as a Moto G. You shouldn't have expectations set high for a phone that retails at $179 USD.

I was using a 4S- pretty much the iOS equivelant of the G. In fact, the G scores higher in benchmarks! It wasn't about speed- I'm used to a little big of lag. And the G has really nice build quality for the price, and a great screen.

In all, I still think it's a fair comparison.

This is just funny, but I know the problem, you just prefer using apple as you know they have a high standard of quality, and I get that, but HTC is not that bad, I mean they made a metal phone that everyone obeses about except for me since I still like plastic phones because of it being lighter and having removable backs and wireless charging
