green screen html5 / flash player (hardware accelerated)

Youtube is now only offering 720p max video quality for flash player and 1080p+ for html5.

example: 

 

The problem is under flash player hardware accelerated or html5, I only see a green screen and hear the sound is playing.

 

I tried different browser (opera, chrome, firefox, IE) and its all the same

 

 

pc info:

OS: Windows 8.1 x64

GPU: Asus R9 280x 3GB (Catalyst 14.7 RC1)

Monitor: BenQ XL2420Z 1080p 144Hz (1080p @120hz w/ 2080 HT & 1502 VT)

Yeah, we're all just a bunch of idiots experiencing nothing more than the placebo effect.

Get the stable 14.4 drivers.
