Harddrive Dying?

So for the pass month my computer would have these small freezes, I'm running windows off my ssd but have everything else (Programs) on my HD and everything has been freezing up from time to time. I'm just wondering if its my harddrive dying or if its just windows.

Crystal Disk Info will tell you all you need to know.

A clean install might fix your problem. If Crystal comes up with a lot of errors and relocated sectors then you will want to replace the drive asap.

Go to the manufacture of the SSD's site.  Download their proprietary software to check the disk.
