These fans are INCREDIBLE and for only $5 ea?  You wont find better price to performance than these.  I highly, highly recommend these fans, I have 5 of them myself and I paid a lot more than $5 ea for them.

 

Just holding them in your hand and spinning the fan blades you feel the quality.  Very sturdy and well built.  They are incredibly powerful fans that blow a ton of air while being extremely quiet.  I have an open side panel case, so I can hear everything going on inside, these fans don't start making noise until you get to 80% or 1200rpm, and even at full speed they are incredibly quiet.  Built in vibration dampeners, and each fan comes with rubber grommets for even more sound reduction.

 

Like I said, I have 5 of them, and when running fan tuning through Asus' Fan Xpert II, I have complete control over all of them and really cannot stress how good of a value these are. 

 

Stop whatever it is that you are doing and buy these fans.  Period.

I have the non PWM versions, and yeah they move a lot of airflow and are pretty silent up to around 70% speed.
