Why Does This Only Happen On AMD Powred PCs

since i have know idea what its called i had to make a video showing whats going one. its like the GPU drivers just crash

Probably happens when laptop switches from iGPU to dGPU.

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

whats a dGPU? like i said in the video i can get it to happen everytime when i open chrome but it also happens at random times i can never get on video.

dGPU = dedicated GPU, iGPU = integrated GPU. In my system, my iGPU would be Intel HD Graphics (if my CPU supported it) and my dGPU is my 370.
