what gpu should i get

im canadian so everything is more expensive here so keep that in mind.

im looking for a graphics card somewhere around the 1070 area i was looking at a zotac one but amazon.ca decided lets make it 1700$ so i dont think so so 

1. if that goes back to 515 is the zotac 1070ti extreme any good i heard its loud but ive also heard its really quiet i would like something on the quieter end but it doesnt need to be extremely quiet.

is there a better card for a cheaper price (canadian) that would be a better fit the rest of my pc will be as follows

Zotac high end 10 series cards cool the GPU well, but leaves the already subpar VRM to cook itself. Not a card I would overclock on.

 

If you need more room in money, change the motherboard. Asus boards have always been rather expensive for what they are.

If you just wanna game balance your system better, you don't need an i7 8700K for a GTX 1070, you can fully drive a GTX 1070 in games with an i5 8400 or Ryzen 5 2600, in fact a good overclocking Ryzen 5 2600 build or locked i7 8700 on a b360 and 2666mhz memory to save up as much as possible to afford the RTX 2070 is probably a better route.

ok so if i wasnt overclocking it would be fine yes? the reason why i chose the asus board was because in the future i plan to expand this pc instead of buying  new one also it has smart lighting which i find quite helpful

exactly, the problem for Z370 Strix boards are their weaker VRMs compared to everyone else.
