Connect two monitors with GTX 1050ti

I am trying to set up my PC with two monitors by one using HDMI cable and the other one using DVI for some reason my PC is not recognising the monitor using the HDMI cable (it's a TV) even if I connect it alone it doesn't recognise it 
I know for sure that I have the latest driver version, any help would be appreciated

Have you tried another cable? Most of my HDMI problems have been solved by changing to a new cable.

Yeah I have tried changing the cable and tried to do the same thing with my laptop it worked but it's working with my PC for some reason :(
